What is the PCP Mentorship Programme?

The PCP Mentorship Programme is an elite, one-year initiative designed for graduating youths or those seeking a clear path forward. At the heart of the programme is a commitment to personal growth, professional development, and global exposure—all through the sport of pickleball and the values embedded within the PCP coaching ecosystem.

A Global Experience with Purpose

Participants will:

• Complete the PCP Level 1 Coaching Certification, an internationally recognised programme grounded in character development, technical mastery, and real-world coaching methodology.

• Spend one full year interning at PCP and FPF facilities across Singapore, China and beyond—working alongside world-class coaches and learning the ropes in real training environments.

• Receive personalised mentorship from experienced professionals, including PCP-certified coaches and leaders in sport, education, and business.

Beyond Pickleball — A Path to Real Careers

This isn't just about coaching. It’s about life. Upon successful completion of the programme:

• Interns will be recommended to leading companies and organisations for interviews and job placements—ranging from sports management to education, hospitality, and MNCs.

• Each graduate will receive a Letter of Endorsement from PCP and FPF, reflecting their discipline, leadership, and contribution across borders.
