In a milestone moment for the PCP certification journey, four new coaches proudly received their Level 1 (Red Level: Where the Fun Begins) certificates today at a landmark course held in Guangzhou.

This course marks the first time that coaches from Singapore and China came together to attend the highly sought-after PCP certification, showcasing the growing international reach and reputation of the program.

Congratulations to the graduates of 27th April 2025:

  • Qin Yun Jiang Vivian

  • Jessie Koh

  • Raymond Wong

  • Zhang Han

Each of them successfully completed the intensive training and assessment, exemplifying the PCP values of high standards, clear coaching systems, mental wellness focus, and fun-based learning philosophy.

Over the past year, PCP has grown from strength to strength. What began as a bold vision is now a thriving reality with a rapidly expanding base of certified coaches across Asia. Guided by a Singaporean approach to structured systems and processes, PCP’s methodology places heavy emphasis not just on technical skills, but also on communication, emotional intelligence, and character development.

This historic course also represents a significant step in strengthening pickleball relations between Singapore and China. Through shared learning, high-level certification standards, and cross-border collaboration, PCP continues to build bridges between two of Asia’s fastest-growing pickleball communities, fostering a spirit of friendship, excellence, and mutual growth.

“我选择参加PCP教练认证课程,是因为它代表了匹克球教练培训中最高的国际标准。整个课程非常系统、专业,不仅提升了我的技术,也让我更深刻理解了如何成为一名优秀的教练。这次跨国的学习经历,也让我感受到新加坡和中国在推动匹克球发展上的共同努力与精神。” - Vivi Qin

Today’s graduation further reinforces PCP’s international standing as a gold standard in coaching excellence, with rigorous assessments ensuring that every certified coach represents the core values that PCP stands for.

Darren Ho, Co-Founder of PCP, shared:

“Today is a proud day for PCP. Seeing coaches from Singapore and China coming together to learn, grow, and achieve a shared standard of excellence reminds us of the true spirit of sport — to connect, to elevate, and to empower. We are only at the beginning of what PCP will accomplish for the future of pickleball coaching across Asia and beyond.”

Hannah Tan, newly promoted Head Coach (Asia), also added:

“The quality of coaches coming through the PCP system continues to impress me. What sets PCP apart is our uncompromising focus on standards, structure, and heart. As Head Coach for Asia, I am excited to help even more coaches unlock their full potential through PCP’s unique coaching philosophy.”

The graduation of Vivian, Jessie, Raymond, and Zhang Han is not just a personal achievement for them — it is also a bold step forward for the future of professional pickleball coaching across the region, and a symbol of the stronger ties being forged between Singapore and China through sport.

Congratulations once again to the graduates — your journey has just begun!
