FPF, PCP, and China Southern Logistics Launch Historic Pickleball Partnership

From Singaporean Roots to Chinese Growth — A New Era of Sport and Corporate Culture

In a landmark moment for Pickleball in Asia, FPF, PCP, and China Southern Logistics have officially launched a strategic partnership to grow the sport within one of China’s most forward-thinking logistics enterprises. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for corporate wellness, competitive sport, and international collaboration.

The launch event, held at China Southern Logistics’ training facility, brought together over 30 staff members and senior officials for an immersive coaching clinic. Led by FPF, the session introduced participants to the core skills and strategy of Pickleball, while emphasising teamwork, communication, and performance values that align with the company’s culture.

This partnership signals the start of a long-term relationship between the three organisations. Together, they will work to establish internal team structures, nurture new talent, and prepare China Southern Logistics’ newly formed Pickleball team for future competition.

As a Chinese company with strong Singaporean roots, FPF brings a unique blend of East and West—combining local understanding with global perspective. Singapore’s influence as an international hub for innovation and multiculturalism is deeply embedded in FPF’s coaching style, structure, and approach to sport development.

The coaching program will be led using the internationally recognised curriculum developed by PCP, a Singapore-founded coaching and certification pathway. In collaboration with FPF, PCP’s methodology will be used to systematically train, assess, and prepare China Southern Logistics’ athletes for upcoming tournaments, while laying the foundation for long-term team development.

A key milestone of the day was the formation of China Southern Logistics’ first official Pickleball team, reflecting the company’s dedication to embedding wellness, sport, and personal growth into its organisational DNA.
