In an exciting milestone for both FPF International Pickleball Club and PCP Asia, we are proud to announce that Senior Coach Hannah Tan has been appointed Head Coach for the China Southern Logistics Athlete Development Program. This appointment is a strong testament not only to Hannah’s coaching excellence but also to the robust and rewarding PCP Coaching Certification pathway that continues to open doors for passionate, high-performing coaches.
“ From the very beginning, Hannah showed a fire that’s hard to teach. She’s not just a coach—she’s a developer of people. Her journey is exactly what we envisioned when we created the PCP certification framework: to empower great coaches with the tools, structure, and opportunities they need to lead. We’re incredibly proud to see her take this next step and represent everything we stand for.” said Darren, Co-Founder of FPF & PCP
A Passion for Elevating Athletes
Hannah’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Known for her unwavering dedication and ability to elevate players beyond their perceived limits, she consistently demonstrates the type of energy, empathy, and technical knowledge that embodies what FPF and PCP stand for. Her coaching philosophy emphasises long-term growth, athlete development, and character-building, all of which have made her a standout in the eyes of our leadership and our partners at China Southern Logistics.
Recognised for Excellence – Level 3 Certification
Alongside this prestigious appointment, Hannah will also be receiving her Level 3 PCP Coaching Certification—a recognition reserved for coaches who have not only shown technical mastery, but also a track record of mentorship, leadership, and international-level coaching success. This milestone affirms her status as one of the most respected and forward-thinking coaches in the region.
In response to her appointment, Hannah shared:
“I’m humbled and excited for this opportunity to lead. Coaching is not just about drilling skills—it’s about inspiring confidence, building resilience, and bringing out the best in every athlete. PCP gave me the foundation, but more importantly, it opened the door to opportunities like this. I hope my journey inspires more coaches to keep pushing forward.”

What made this event even more remarkable was the all-female coaching team, a powerful representation of both women’s leadership in sport and the strong bond between Singapore and China’s pickleball communities.
Level 1 certified coach trainee Zhang Han shared her experience working with Hannah:
“Hannah教练的国际经验让我受益匪浅。她的教学方式既专业又充满耐心,让我看到了作为一名女性教练可以达到的高度。她不仅教会了我们如何带课,更教会了我们如何团结协作,共同成长。”
More Than Just a Certification
At PCP Asia, we believe that certification should be more than a badge—it should be a pathway to real-world impact and career advancement. Hannah’s new role is a clear reflection of this belief in action. Our comprehensive coaching framework doesn't just sharpen skillsets—it connects coaches to meaningful opportunities with clubs, organisations, and corporations looking to build athletic excellence from the ground up.
Whether you're an aspiring coach or a seasoned veteran, the PCP system ensures that talent, hard work, and passion are recognised, developed, and deployed on bigger stages.
Looking Ahead
As Hannah embarks on her journey with China Southern Logistics, she will be working closely with athletes across various regions in China to build not only strong skills but also a sustainable culture of high performance. FPF and PCP will be supporting her with ongoing education, mentorship, and resources to ensure success at every level.
We couldn’t be prouder of Hannah—and we can’t wait to see the ripple effects of her coaching leadership.
